00:00:54 So, we decided to loan 184 objects

00:01:04 of every size, every kind of material.

00:01:17 There are tons of stone, marble, massive reliefs, over life-size sculptures,

00:01:27 that were really a challenge, not only to get from Paris to Indianapolis, but also to install.

00:01:50 This was an extraordinary installation that was 50 tons of crated art to be delivered here.

00:02:00 There was so much to accomplish,

00:02:06 working with AFA staff and the rigging company from Chicago and the lovely couriers from the Louvre and the many talented staff at the IMA

00:02:17 and putting the puzzle together was very complex, taking into account everyone's needs and perspective, and particularly the needs and safety of the objects.

00:02:28 The installation is now complete. All 184 objects in Roman Art from the Louvre are installed. Thirty days ago, we began the installation process with the arrival of the art objects from Paris.

00:02:40 After a month of hard work by dozens of curators, conservators, registrars, and installers, Roman Art from Louvre is ready to be seen by the public.
