As part of Object Lab 3.0 (summer 2011) the 9 participating students were divided into groups of three. Each group was assigned an object and a word inspired by an issue of Cabinet Magazine. The groups had to interpret the object using the assigned word, and create a video label for the object. Kevin Adkisson, Gianofer Fields, and Claire Frost interpreted Tanya Aguiñiga's Rock Sofa using the concept of an island. The film was shot and edited by Ray Chi and Dan Ollman.
