In this video, Los Angeles artist Wayne White, who is best known as the Emmy-winning creator and performer of many of the puppet characters in the hit, late-1980s television show, Pee-wees Playhouse, discusses his installation at Rice Gallery. BIG LECTRIC FAN TO KEEP ME COOL WHILE I SLEEP combines White's passions for puppetry and painting in a room-sized work of art that is a tribute to country music legend George Jones.
